"STEP is a Wisconsin Center for Academically Talented Youth (WCATY) program for students in grades 7-8 and qualifying 6th graders. It is a 2-week long, residential program with an accelerated academic focus for academically talented students. While there, students study 1 course subject in-depth from a wide variety of subjects (science, humanities, math, etc).
