"Alice Chester Overnight Camp provides girls with fun activities throughout their stay. While here, you will have time for crafts, canoeing, swimming, outdoor cooking, archery, games, and nature. With some programs, you may participate in rock climbing, bike riding, or horseback riding. Teen girl leadership programs emphasize team building, self-esteem, independence and skill building. Girls grow strong through developing their fullest potential, building relationships with others, developing and strengthening values, and contributing to society. The all girl environment allows girls to try new things in a comfortable atmosphere. Campers have input in what activities they want to do and how to do them, enhancing their decision-making skills. Camp Alice Chester is set on 333 acres with a large waterfront to cool off and splash around. At night, you will sleep in a lodge, cabin, or platform tent with other girls. Our overnight camp is owned and operated by Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast near East Troy, Wisconsin, 35 minutes southwest of Milwaukee. Girl Scout camp is where girls grow courage, confidence, and character!"
