"Eagle Valley Equestrian, LLC (E.V.E.) horsemanship camps are designed to be so much more than riding horses. From the nutritious and organic meals that are served to the Equine Experiential Learning and Enlightened Horsemanship lessons that are taught, the goal is to provide campers whether they are youngsters or adults an experience that is positive in every way. Horsemanship instruction emphasizes an informed and sensitive approach that treats the horse as an equal partner with its own things to teach, and provides a solid understanding of equine behavior and what it takes to establish a willing, enjoyable partnership with a horse. E.V.E. Youth camps strive to foster mutual respect between horse and human, a sense of responsibility, teamwork, increased self awareness, and a basic understanding of Enlightened Horsemanship which is attained through both mounted and unmounted exercises. In addition to daily riding lessons, campers enjoy swimming, hiking, campfires, journaling, creative expression, a night under the stars, mounted meditations, Equine Experiential Learning activities, and more! All campers receive a free T-shirt. See our website for more, or contact us for a information packet. References are available upon request."
