"New Vision Wilderness is a new, effective, and exciting alternative for struggling teens and their families. New Vision Wilderness is the premiere Wilderness Therapy program in Wisconsin. We use the experiential process, group and individual therapy, and the outdoors as a catalyst to positive growth.

Based in SE Wisconsin, New Vision Wilderness offers a variety of programs to meet the needs of our clients. We can work with individuals, or the whole family. Our wilderness courses offer an excellent opportunity to learn about yourself, others, and the environment.

We accept students from Wisconsin and surrounding areas!"
Camp type: Adventure Challenge

Location: NVW is based out of Milwaukee, WI. Our workshops and adventures occur at locations across the region., Milwaukee County
Program: Resident camp. Sessions for - coeds ages 12 to 17. Also sessions for families. Wilderness Therapy Program for youth struggling with issues such as; relationships, self-esteem, & goal setting.
Season: January to January. We operate year-round.

Backpacking/camping, canoeing/kayaking, cultural/ethnic awareness, leadership training, meditation/conflict resolution, nature/environmental studies, outdoor skills, parenting, rock climbing, rope course, swimming, wilderness tripping
Special Programs and Facilities: Asthma/respiratory problems, youth at risk, single adults, families
