"At Nike Swimming Camp you train daily, word hard, improve, make new friends and have fun. You refine and develop new techniques and achieve a new level of self-confidence. During the week, swimming topics covered include individual stroke analysis, dry land instruction, start and turn techniques and nutrition. Nike Swimming Camps take every step possible to accelerate your child's love for swimming, in a way that's both enjoyable and educational.
