Towering Pines for Boys
Eagle River, Oneida County
Our programs are purposely different! Individual skills are taught, practiced and applauded in an atmosphere of cooperative group living. Each camper chooses what he would like to do and many boys specialize in favored activities. Towering Pines for boys and sister camp Woodland for girls offer traditional camp programs with emphasis on individual achievement, positive group relationships, skill building and FUN! Family owned and operated since 1946, the camps provide a personalized & supportive program to develop skills, self confidence and independence. Our trained and certified staff challenge campers to improve their abilities in chosen activities. The group living environment builds friendships and teaches self reliance. Separate private sites located on beautiful spring fed lakes.
The camp has been owned and operated by the Jordan Family of educators for the past 65 years. We believe that play is the work of children! More than a summer vacation, our camp is a learning experience designed to build character and lifelong skills. The campers call it fun!
