"Point Music Camp offers a program that gives middle and high school string, piano, instrumental and vocal campers many exciting learning and performing experiences. Choose from five exciting programs: Singing, improvisation, and an Orff Ensemble will be integrated in the CHORAL PROGRAM The BAND PROGRAM will help improve your instrument skills with 2 hours of daily ensemble rehearsal, group lessons on your instrument, and a daily music theory class Our unique JAZZ EMPHASIS PROGRAM features an opportunity to play and improvise in a small combo rehearsal twice each day along with group lessons on your instrument and daily music theory The PIANO SPECIALIST PROGRAM is an opportunity for young pianists and offers daily lessons, master classes, theory, piano literature and history classes The STRING SPECIALIST will be based upon the individual study and improvement of string techniques-not orchestra or chamber playing. There will be daily master classes involving all string students, and several individual private lessons."
