|*A TOTAL HORSE EXPERIENCE!* |
Looking for a great adventure for your children this summer? Our family owned horseback-riding business of 36 years could be the answer. We specialize with NEW weekend trips for youth ages 9 to 17, with no experience or lots of experience. Campers will stay in cozy log-sided cabins.A picnic shelter is used for meals and visiting. We are semi-primitive campers- Everything is conducted outdoors to allow the youth to get in touch with nature. Thursday will be an all day ride in the Forest with a picnic lunch packed in on the horses. Native American horsemanship will also be shown. Horse painting is a highlight for campers as is creative work with beads and feathers on the horses.
A completely new set of written material on horse facts, plus completely new riding activities will be taught.
The camps will be run with the same chores and duties and with the same horse time or more, but under a different format.
Our camps are for those Horse-crazy kids- most of our time will be spent, learning or doing something with the horses.
