"Your child’s summer will be memorable through hands-on, fun-filled, enrichment classes. Choose from weekly themes and explore animals, gardening, dinosaurs, architecture, printmaking, lego mindstorms, sports, and more. The morning consists of activities related to the topic of the week, snack, and outdoor playtime. The school is situated on three acres of land with grassy play areas and its own woods. This area is available for free play and all around good fun, like use of squirt bottles, blowing bubbles and running through the sprinkler. Each week includes stories, songs, food preparation if applicable, and crafts. Should your younger child stay for the full day, nap, playtime, and snack make up the afternoon. For the older children, each afternoon features a variety of athletic activities, including swimming twice per week.
Also available this summer are four, two-week sessions in a Montessori-prepared classroom. Children will learn names of countries, products, and maps as they 'travel the world.' Prior Montessori experience is not required.
Registration is open for children ages 20 months to 14 years. All classes begin at 9am and end at 12:30pm though care is available from 7:00am to 5:45pm. Enroll from one to five days per week for half or full-days. Hope to see you this summer!"
