Description
Camp Manitou Mission: Camp Manitou is a safe, natural, faith based enviroment devoted to providing youth with new fun experiences to develop self expression and friendship while strengthening ones Mind, Body and Sprit.
Camp Manitou Goals: Encourage Self Expresion, Promote Saftey, Appreciate Nature, Build Leadership, Embrace Friendships, Expand Horizons, Celebrate Fun, Strengthen Body, Develop Faith, Enhance Community/Diversity.

Location -
Lower Long Lake
Program -
Resident camp. Sessions for - coeds ages 8 to 18. Also sessions for families.
Season -
Mid June to Mid October. November - May: Group rentals, Family Reunions and School Retreats.
Sessions -
One-week sessions,mini week session, specialty sessions and fall schools-out session
Registration -
Registration begins:
January 1 - Eau Claire YMCA members
February 1 - Chippewa & other YMCA Members
March 1 - open enrollment to Non Members
Fees -
$240 to $520 per session.
Activities: Archery, backpacking/camping, basketball, canoeing/kayaking, crafts, dance, drama, football, leadership training, music, nature/environmental studies, outdoor skills, sailing, soccer, swimming, waterskiing, wilderness tripping, windsurfing, woodworking. Also - Manitou Adventure Camp ages 13 - 18
