YMCA Timbertop Camp for Children with Learning Disabilities

The Stevens Point Area YMCA offers a variety of Resident Camp, Day Camp and Teen Adventure Trip programs held at Glacier Hollow in Nelsonville, WI. We offer youth a safe environment in which positive values, personal growth, lifelong friendships, environmental awareness, and outrageous fun are key elements. Join us this summer for an experience that lasts a lifetime!
Timbertop Camp is for boys and girls ages 8-13 that have been identified by their school district as needing extra help for a learning disability. Timbertop combines traditional camp programs with extra reading practice and special group activities that focus on dealing with learning disabilities. Special attention is paid to peer relations, building self-confidence and learning new skills. Please contact us to request special registration materials. Timbertop Camp is celebrating its 41st anniversary this summer!

YMCA Camp Glacier Hollow is located just 14 miles East of Stevens Point in Nelsonville, WI.Resident camp. Sessions for - coeds ages 8 to 13.
