 'Dead Man's Cell Phone'
Thursday, November 12, 2009. 7:30pm. The UWP Department of Visual and Performing Arts will present "Dead Man's Cell Phone" from Thursday, Nov. 12 through 15. All performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. except on Nov. 15, when the performance will be at 2 p.m. All performances will be held in the Center for the Arts Theatre, located in the CFA on campus.  'Runt of the Litter'
Thursday, November 12, 2009. 7:30pm. - The Center for the Arts, on the UWP campus, will host a performance called "Runt of the Litter" on Thursday, Nov. 12 and Friday, Nov. 13 at 7:30pm. The performance is a semiautobiographical account of Bo Eason's life and career as adefensive back for the Houston Oilers in the 1980's, where he played safety. His older brother, Tony Eason, was the quarterback who led the New England Patriots to the Super Bowl in 1986. His performance outlines a family of high achievers.  Benefit concert with Bryan Sirchio
Thursday, November 12, 2009. 7 pm. Christian singer-songwriter Bryan Sirchio of Madison will give a concert 7 p.m. Thursday Nov. 12 at Lake Edge United Church of Christ in Madison. Sirchio has a folk-rock style with songs about personal faith and compassion for the poor for kids, teens and adults. All proceeds go to Madison-connected programs in Haiti.
