 The Far-Out Prophecies of Nostradamus - Kanopy Dance and Are We Deli

In a landmark collaboration, Kanopy partners with Madison's own page-to-stage theater company, Are We Delicious? on an evening of short plays, musicals, and movement pieces based on the mysterious French astrologer, physician, and poet Nostradamus.  It's Like Poetry: Building A Toshiko Takaezu Archive at RAM

While unassuming in her disposition, artist Toshiko Takaezu (1922-2011) was a bona fide ceramic superstar who pushed the boundaries of clay in the late twentieth century. Inspired by nature and the environment, Takaezu created work that embodied a poetic balance between art and life. This exhibition in Racine Art Museum's Windows on Fifth Gallery features a selection from the more than 30 Takaezu works now in the museum's collection.
