Sterling North wrote over thirty books, the most famous being an autobiographical account of his adventures with his pet raccoon Rascal. He also wrote So Dear to My Heart and The Wolfling.  38th Annual Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon Scheduled for Sun. Oct. 7
Sunday, October 7, 2018. 7:30 am. A Boston Marathon qualifying course, the MLM is run on a flat and scenic point-to-point course that is USATF certified. Race weekend kicks off on Sat., Oct. 6 at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Ballroom, with the MLM Expo. In addition to the marathon, there is a 5k race for people of all abilities.  Caveman Adventure 5K Obstacle Run
