 Intro to Woodcut Printmaking Workshop
Saturday, November 10, 2018. 12 pm to 4 pm. Woodcut printing is an ancient relief printing technique: a design is carved into a block of wood, the image is on the block is covered in ink then pressed onto paper or fabric until the image is transferred in ink from the woodblock to the paper or fabric. The image may be printed multiple times on multiple surfaces, creating many prints.
