 Tour Da Goose bike ride
Saturday, June 25, 2016. 7:00 am. The Tour Da Goose bike ride is back again this year! We will have the 4 routes throughout the beautiful countryside of Jefferson County with distances of 22 miles, 42 miles, 62 miles & the 100 mile century. We have added back this year the family friendly distance of 12 miles. Please join us for this great bike ride that is fully supported by rest stops & sag wagon.  Kiwanis Ride to Read Bike Ride Fundraiser
Saturday, August 13, 2016. 6 am to 2 pm. Join the Portage Kiwanis in their "Ride to Read" fundraiser pedaling through scenic Amish country with 4 routes available, 15, 30, 45 or 62 miles. The proceeds of this fundraiser will be used to purchase books for children. Includes continental breakfast, refreshment stops in route, and SAG wagon available.  Backdraft Bike Tour
Sunday, June 5, 2016. 7 am to 4 pm. Register for the Fifth Annual Backdraft Bike Tour! Choose from 5 route lengths starting at 10 miles all the way up to 100 miles! Rest stops are at local fire stations and proceeds from this years tour go to help complete the Loop the Little Lake multi-use trail in the Cities of Neenah and Menasha! Rest stop food, route maps, SAG wagon support, lunch and a commemorative tour drywick t-shirt are included. Register by May 15th to guarantee a shirt. The series has built itself as a family friendly and fun race series for all ages and skill levels.  Scenic Shore 150 bike tour
Saturday, July 23, 2016 through Sunday, July 24, 2016. 7 am. The Scenic Shore 150 Bike Tour is a two-day, 150 mile bike ride in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Starting in Mequon, WI and finishing in Sturgeon Bay, WI, riders cycle along Lake Michigan's shoreline and enjoy a volunteer supported route with rest stops, bicycle support, meals, and other amenities.  Chequamegon Fat Tire Festival
Friday, September 16, 2016 through Sunday, September 18, 2016. Saturday riders can participate in a 40 mile, mass start, point-to-point off-road bicycle event travels from downtown Hayward over the famed American Birkebeiner Ski Trail, forest roads, snowmobile trails and other wooded lanes to the finish line at Telemark Resort in Cable. Riders can also choose the shorter 16 mile mass start race/tour as the perfect introductory event for those new to off-road cycling, younger riders or for those not ready to tackle the rigors of the marathon Chequamegon 40.
