NSCIA-SWC (The National Spinal Cord Injury Association - Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter) presents the Wheels & Heels Rush on Festa, a 5k run and a fun walk/casual wheelchair race. The event was created as a means of raising public awareness of disability issues and to generate funds to support our programs and to assist individuals with spinal cord injuries or disorders to become more independent.
