Wednesday, March 6, 2019. 12 noon. The Glendale Senior Citizens' Club will attend the Nicolet High School musical "Mama Mia." A buss will leave from the lower parking lot of the school and return after the play ends at 3:30 p.m. You will receive your free ticket when you board the bus. Park on the east end of the lot.  Seniors Anniversary Party
Wednesday, March 13, 2019. 11:30 am. The annual anniversary party of the Glendale Senior Citizens' Club will begin with a cash bar, followed by lunch at noon. The Easy Days Quartet will entertain. Choice of entree includes roast turkey, tenderloin tips, or vegetable dish. All lunches include mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, green salad, bread, dessert, and coffee or milk.  Trip to See "The King and I"
Thursday, April 11, 2019. 6:20 pm. The Glendale Senior Citizens' Club will attend "The King and I" at the Marcus Center. The bus leaves the school upper parking lot at 6:20 p.m. and returns after the play. The cost includes orchestra ticket, bus, and gratuities. Set in 1860s Bangkok, the musical tells the story of the relationship that develops between the King of Siam and the British schoolteacher brought to teach his many wives and children.  Free Head and Neck Cancer Screening
Friday, April 12, 2019. 10 am -1 pm. These head and neck cancer screenings are free and require no registration. Risk factors for include a history of significant alcohol and tobacco use, exposure to the HPV virus, long-term acid reflux, long-term sore throat and hoarseness. Some potential cancer signs are: Lump in the neck Pain the neck or throat Sore in the mouth or lip Pain in the ear Unusual bleeding, pain or numbness in the mouth or nose Pain or difficulty when swallowing free.  Ride The Hop and Lunch at MATC's Chef School
Thursday, April 25, 2019. 10:30 am. The Glendale Senior Citizens' Club will take a narrated round trip around the east side on the new street car called "The Hop." Lunch (on your own) follows at MATC's Chef School, where lunches cost $15-20. The bus leaves the school upper parking lot at 10:30 a.m. and returns after lunch. The cost is $15 for the trip. Thursday, May 2, 2019. 11 am. The Glendale Senior Citizens' Club will attend the baseball game between the Brewers and the Rockies. The bus leaves the school parking lot at 11 a.m. and returns after the game. The bus discharges passengers at the handicapped entrance of Miller Park.  Moving Forward: Vision and Parkinson's Disease
