 Candlelight Ski/Hike
Saturday, February 2, 2019. 5:30-8:30 pm. Sponsored by Friends of the Kettle Moraine Cross-country ski or hike in the Kettle Moraine State Forest-Northern Unit by candlelight. At the bonfire join fellow hikers and skiers for hot drinks and snacks provided by the Friends of the Kettle Moraine. The trail is perfect for novice skiers with no steep hills or sharp turns. The Zillmer shelter building will be open, lit, and heated.  Full Moon Walk
Tuesday, February 19, 2019. 6:30-8 pm. Traverse the two-mile trail around Mauthe Lake under the light of a full moon. Dress for the weather including snow boots. This walk is best for people over the age of 8 years old.  Lucky Leprechaun 7K
Saturday, March 16, 2019. 8:45 am. Run or walk your way in St. Paddy's style through the beautiful town of Wauwatosa for our 7th annual Lucky Leprechaun 7K (that is only 4.3 miles people). Friday, April 26, 2019. 7:30-9 pm. Nature awakens from its long winter slumber with a symphony of sound. Journey through the darkening spring woods to locate the members of the spring choir. This hike is most appropriate for adults and children over the age of 6 years.  Run for the Fallen 2019
Saturday, September 7, 2019. 8:00 am. September 7th, 2019 - Join the Kronenwetter Fire Department as we honor the memory of the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11th, 2001. Sign up for the 5th annual Run for the Fallen to remember those who gave it all and pay tribute to those who continue to serve our communities today.
