Hi Taylor, we have already called you regarding your order. But here's a little explanation.

Our cheese must be shipped 2nd Day Air to ensure it won't get stuck in a hot warehouse over the weekend. We also ship our cheese in a cooler package with ice pack. This extra expense is necessary for our great Wisconsin cheese.

Our apologies for shorting you those two items. They will be shipped on Monday at no extra expense to you... of course.

Cheese curds: we all love squeaky cheese curds. But they have to be day old curds in order to have that freshness. And from the time the curds are packaged to when you receive them, they normally loose that squeaky freshness. Some have had good results, by putting their curds in a microwave for just a few seconds - maybe 5 seconds. But the best experience is when you visit a Wisconsin dairy farm and cheese manufacturer. Check out this web page of ours for Wisconsin Cheese Factories and Tours - www.wisconline.com/attractions/cheese.html
