"Our products are different than other cranberry products because we use a proprietary processing technique to process our fruit that leaves 95% of the fruit pectin and over 50% of the natural acid and brix in the fruit. Our products are not a by-product of juice and we use only pure sugar (un-inverted). Un-inverted sugar (or sucrose) is a natural sugar and healthier than corn syrup. Because of this, our products are of the highest quality and all-natural. We also grow our cranberries ourselves, which allows us to maintain quality from start to finish. We leave the natural goodness in the cranberry!"
