Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies   
 
3/4 cup softened butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 egg, beaten
3 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cup Sweet & Moist Dried Cranberries
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract
 
    Cream together butter and sugars. Add egg, water, and extracts. Sift flour and baking soda together. Fold into egg mixture. Blend well. Add pecans and oats Mix well and stir in Cranberries. Roll into small balls and place on cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
