 Hunter Sight-in Day
Saturday, November 4, 2017. 8:00 am - 3:30 pm. Southern Lakes Church in Elkhorn, WI will is hosting its annual Sight-in Day. All are invited to the church property to sight in their firearms for the upcoming deer season. The use of the shooting range, shooting rests, spotting scopes, safety glasses, ear plugs and targets are all free, as are bore sighting, snacks and a hot lunch! Just bring your firearms and ammunition and your appetite. The church is located 2 miles north of Elkhorn (1/2 mile north of Abell's Corners) on US Hwy 12. Free.  Jingle Bell 3k Run/Walk
Saturday, November 25, 2017. 4pm Race Start. Needing to move a little after a fun & filling Thanksgiving meal with family and friends? The Jingle Bell 3k is just for you. Bear the weather - warm, cold, snow or no snow and run, walk or pull your kids and grandkids on a sled and join us "jingling" in the Holiday Season. The Jingle Bell Run / Walk will start and finish at the Chamber office and finish in time so you will be able to enjoy the "Lighting up St. Germain" Holiday Parade, tree lighting and Open House at the Fire Department. Sunday, September 3, 2017 through Sunday, November 5, 2017. 1 pm. Most Saturdays and Sundays at 1 pm. Call to confirm schedule. Take a naturalist-guided tour of Carolyn's Caverns. Includes biology and geology of caves and opportunities for exploring. Caves are accessed by ladders. Temperatures are cool. Bring flashlight, plan on getting dirty. Recommended minimum age 5 years old with parent. All minors must be accompanied by supervising adult. Tour size limited; please make reservation. $8 per person.
